This small Croatian town is very welcoming. It's nice to wander through its labyrinthine streets, admiring the colours and shapes of the buildings and the roofs of the houses. Really a charming place to visit.

Les toits de Dubrovnik sont une réelle curiosité... C'est en me baladant sur les remparts de la ville que j'ai pu les admirer. Les vieilles tuiles couleur miel, ocre et jaune cohabitent avec de nouvelles tuiles toulousaines (200000 tuiles, rien que ça ! ) ajoutées après la guerre de l'ex-Yougoslavie grâce à l'UNESCO. Aujourd'hui difficile d'imaginer que cette ville fut le théâtre de bombardements et seuls ces toits aux couleurs différentes sont là pour témoigner d'un passé tumultueux.

Si vous allez à Dubrovnik, vous ne pouvez pas éviter les remparts. Grimpez-y, faites le tour de la ville. Vous aurez un magnifique panorama de la mer, mais surtout des toits de la ville. Il paraît que les toits neufs ont été refaits à la suite des bonbardements durant la guerre de l'ex-Yougoslavie. On m'a dit sur le ton de la confidence qu'en fait, très peu de toits avaient été détruits lors de cette guerre, et que cela relevait davantage de la légende. Où est la vérité???

Además si tienes el carnet joven europeo dispones de descuento en la entrada. Recorrer la muralla por completo lleva bastante tiempo y recomiendo hacerlo con calma y disfrutando de cada rincón y las vistas que nos ofrece este recorrido.
