Dubrovnik Campsite

Dubrovnik is one of the main tourist cities of Croatia and at certain times of year it is difficult to find accommodation. Also, the prices are usually higher than in the rest of the country, therefore, one of the best options is to go camping. In my case it was the best choice since we were there in a van. There are three campsites near Dubrovnik, the Matkovica, the Gaj and Trsteno. I opted for the Matkovica because it is closest to the city, it is located 8 miles south and there are two buses that run right from the door and take you to the center of Dubrovnik. Matkovica quite cozy, especially in a van.
