Dosso Sant'Agata

This small hill to the north-east of Trento is easily accessible from the suburn of Oltrecastello - a short walk of about ten minutes will take you to the top of the mountain. Here there are spacious lawns, once enclosed within the walls of the castle (of which little remains), but which today can be used for a picnic or a rest. Among the vegetation you'll find the church of Saint Agatha, once the castle's chapel. You can return from the path that starts at the church; the wooden signs will help you find your way.
