The truth is the personal project of the cook, Andrea Tumbarello, had everything against it to be a success. It is not in the traditional restaurants area of the city and the outside and inside decoration is so little appealing that it has become a legend. During the first years it did not appear in reviews nor restaurant magazines in Madrid, the critics did not even care.
