Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art

This museum is located in Treviso in Venet, Italy. The Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art (Treviso) is a former Benedictine monastery of Santa Apolonia, built between XII and XIII. Under the auspices of Cardinal Luciani and Pope John Paul I, an idea was conceived of ​​creating a Sacred Art Museum which was finally established in the year 1976. Many of the precious objects in the museum come from various churches in Venice.
