Could be better
Well, you can't ask for the impossible ... this is a simple 2-star hotel in the financial centre of Vigo, about 15-20 minutes from the harbour and the old town. It's difficult to find parking (especially considering the traffic chaos that's always a problem in Vigo), so luckily the hotel has underground parking available. It is a 6-story building with a capacity of 38 rooms of ridiculous dimensions, theoretically equipped with cafeteria, lounge, meeting rooms, gym and jacuzzi. I did not see any of these, except a breakfast room and a small bar at the reception.
The room is pretty shabby, and seems to have been made for dwarfs! For example, the bathroom door opened outward, against the foot of the bed, so couldn't open completely.
The room had two 90cm beds separated by a bedside table with a phone. At the entrance was a small desk table (about 60 cm). Opposite the bed was the bathroom door, and on it, hung on the wall, the tv. The bathroom was tiny with the sink outside the door, and the toilet and shower cubicle to each side. The ceiling in the bathroom was full of mold. At night you could hear everything in the hallways and adjoining rooms, the walls are like paper and there was no way to sleep a wink. The price ... 55 € for a double room - just accommodation, nothing else. I'm certainly in no hurry to go back; the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I've stayed in Vigo for € 60-65 in much better hotels, so I'd rather pay a little more for comfort and at least get some sleep.
