In Alaska, we can skate on ice outdoors for nine months of the year, but it is safer and less cold if we do it inside. The Dimond Center Ice Chalet offers a place where both children and adults can enjoy the ice. It is located within a shopping center called the Dimond Center which is the largest shopping center in the city of Anchorage.
