To try new experiences
In Deli-rant you only find surprises and, as they say, "the surprise is always on the plate, never on the bill," because prices are fixed. They have a menu for 14 euros for lunch and a tasting menu for 30 euros at night.
The place is cosy, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Filled with white walls and beautiful furniture dotted throughout by occasional surreal images. Generally, the soundtrack is jazz, barely perceptible, that is, if you don’t like jazz you will not mind because it’s hardly noticeable.
At times it seems like you're in Tokyo. The dishes are reworking’s of diverse cuisines like the kolokithokeftedes with tzatziki of Greek cuisine or the mint julep with fried okra of New Orleans Cajun cuisine or the most traditional oxtail and the Mediterranean-Extremadura mix of Catalan cream with Torta del Casar.
