CUZCO CITY TOUR FULL DAY

At 9am spend the morning visiting the not to be missed highlights of the Capital of the Inca´s land. Visiting out of the Cuzco city; the Inca sites of Qenqo, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman, built strategically on a hill overlooking Cusco; famous for its enormous carved stones joined with astounding precision to form the outer walls. Some of these stones stand over 9 m – 30 ft. tall and weight over 350 tons!

In the afternoon exploring Cuzco's hidden gems on foot; the Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha (Golden Inca house)

Travelling in Peru was incredible, not only because of the landscape, but also for the great social and cultural differences of the different regions. The warmth of its people make you feel at home so you stop worrying about your safety. And the food was incredible. I am a foodie, and the variety of Peruvian food is remarkable, from the different and exquisite types of ceviche to more typical dishes like the Cuy y la Llama. Overall, a memorable trip that I recommend to everyone. It's a country with an excellent value for money in all aspects.
