Curso de cocina riojana

As a hamlet, this hotel-restaurant is on the outskirts of Haro and has great food. It's also a part of the series of activities in the Rioja Open Terrain, this hotel offers lectures in cooking local cuisine, and, in our case, we learned to prepare Rioja potatoes, stuffed peppers, and little cakes made of ground almonds :)
