Culture and Arts project NOASS

Culture and Arts Project NOASS has been in operation since 1998 and is one of the oldest non-governmental arts and culture organizations in Latvia, organizing cultural events of international and domestic importance, ranging from visual art through to musical events and science and art synthesis projects.

Culture and Arts Project NOASS offers visitors the opportunity to view the Latvian Museum of Naïve Art’s exhibition, as well as personal exhibitions by artists from Latvia and overseas. All exhibitions are exhibited in two floating galleries, lending a spirit of adventure to your tour of the works of art on view.
