A busy place
La Boucherie restaurant, run by the famous chef Claude Troisgo and his children, Caroline and Thomas, specialises in meat. There's rump steak, fiorentina steak, prime rib, delicious lamb chops, filet mignon ... they're served with a selection of sauces (poivre, bearnaise, chimichurri, etc), baked plantain, crunchy and crispy potatoes, and some special accompaniments. There is nothing like the delicious gratin dishes with rice and nuts, roasted tomatoes, apple puree, mashed potatoes, rice, quinoa ... I would go back just to try the side dishes!
