Petrified Forest National Park

This isn't one of the best-known national parks in the United States, but without doubt, it's one of the best. Before we went, I had visited another park which contained petrified trees, but it didn't really impress me much. This park was entirely different, though. The tree trunks are fascinating, perfectly petrified, and you can also see colorful columns and ruins of little villages.
