Crandon Park

Crandon Park was the original Zoo Miami. Now, this abandoned Zoo is free and open to the public. Here, you'll find tons of species of birds including peacocks. All the birds here are very friendly so bring some bread for them to snack on. There are abandoned animal cages that you can explore and pose in. Great place for photos. You can pretend to be your favorite zoo animal in one of the cages. Great fun for everyone.

If you wander to the right place, there are a few fake alligator statues. They look realistic and are a great way to fool friends that don't know they aren't real.

There's a rock pile to climb up.
