Fascinating details

Called "cour" this walkway links the Boulevard Saint Germain to the Rue Saint André des Arts at the Saint-Michel. A much loved corner, the passage has a small museum full of fascinating details. There are a couple of bars, a French restaurant, a cafe and shops. Among them, a jewellery shop accessories, toys and other store that sells bonsai. Very historical and part of various sightseeing tours, the buildings on the other side hail from the eighteenth century and some homes have a courtyard that gives this passage. Furthermore, the French writer and critic Sainte-Beuve lived on this street, where

You can find a plaque in his honor.

Nestled in the heart of the sixth arrondissement of Paris and charming district of Saint Germain des Pres, between the Boulevard Saint Germain and Rue Saint André des Arts, the Cour du Commerce Saint André is one of many Parisian walkways, we love it. As it offers the visitor an intimate place, charming, pleasant, including the rear of the oldest cafés in Paris, Le Procope, and numerous restaurants. Do not miss!

The capital is home to many passages whose architecture is always surprising. The passage of the Cour du Commerce Saint-André, which dates from the 18th century, connects the rue Saint Andre des Arts in the rue de l'Ancienne Comédie. I like to go because it is full of good places to go out or shopping. It is a hotbed of the French Revolution (Marat and Danton have been there ...) and I love to watch the lucky ones who live in the neighboring residences.
