The Coscollar Restaurant is in Aldaia, and it has an extensive history and it comes with plenty of installations. The restaurant has 2 large rooms, one with less than 150 seats, and the upper room in a more reserved location, which has 250 seats. Among their main dishes are: the fillet Rossini, escalope Courdon Blue, Bordalesa Sirloin, Baked Ham, shredded beef, leg of lamb, stuffed leg of lamb or orange duck confit, Costa Brava Tournedo, grilled hake, and merluza.
