4-star hotel overlooking Lake Wakatipu
The Copthorne Hotel is an excellent 4-star hotel just ten minutes from downtown Queenstown and not far from Lake Wakatipu. It has 85 rooms, but I'd suggest trying to reserve a room overlooking the lake. The hotel has a good restaurant and the service is excellent. The price is about what you'd expect for a hotel of this calibre.
