A friendly atmosphere
All of the resorts in the area have their own restaurants, offering barbecue or Thai cuisine. In the area of Klong Nin Beach, the Cook-Kai is a good choice. It's in the street, not the marina (the only downside), but the friendly atmosphere makes up for it. The grilled fish is delicious, especially the barracuda, but the dish you can't miss out on is the rum seafood kata, with a sweet and spicy sauce. It's always crowded during the peak season, but it's worth the wait. Free wifi, and very helpful service. All the waiters speak English, and are very friendly and attentive.
