A quelques pas des Tribunaux d’Instance et de Grande Instance, le Tribunal de commerce de Laval se situe juste à côté du château-neuf, et borde la place Trémoille. La situation est aujourd’hui devenue précaire pour le Tribunal, le bâtiment n’étant plus aux normes ; un nouveau Tribunal de commerce verra donc probablement bientôt le jour à Laval. La façade de l’établissement, bien qu’à l’allure assez « vieillotte », s’intègre parfaitement aux architectures environnantes ; une fois les travaux du château-neuf, voisin du Tribunal de commerce, terminés, la place Trémoille retrouvera très certainement son cachet d’antan.

A few steps Instance and Courts of First Instance, the Court of Commerce Laval is located just next to the new castle, and borders the Trémoille site. The situation has now become vulnerable to the Court, the building no longer standards and a new Commercial Court will therefore probably soon come to Laval. The front of the property, although the pace rather "quaint" perfectly integrates with the surrounding architecture, once the work of the new castle, next to the Commercial Court, completed, the site will find certainly Trémoille its old-fashioned charm.
