Coco Bambu

I don't recommend going to Coco Bamboo unless you're wearing some very attention-grabbing clothing. It's impossible to catch the waiters' eye; I almost had to shout to get them to give me a table! They continued to ignore me, even after I'd asked a total of four waiters and a waitress to take my order ... service here is a total disaster, and I ended up asking to speak to the manager. All the dishes seemed quite tempting but, after waiting 18 minutes for a table and then another 25 for an order, I wasn't really in the mood. Okay, the salmon ceviche is good - in fact, so is most of the seafood. And the caipirinha, served in the husk of a coconut, is nothing sort of extraordinary.
