Coastal Walk Between Zarautz and Getaria

On our last trip through the Basque Country, we ended up Getaria. We found a beautiful village where we parked and walked down a pedestrian street full of tourist shops to the church and then to the port. Next to the port there is a path up along the Island of San Antonio to the lighthouse, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Cantabrian coast. I suggest that you begin your walk up to the lighthouse (about 15 minutes long), from where there are lovely views and then descend then towards the port and follow the signs to Zarautz where I ate one of the best ice cream the world, ferrero rocher ....
