Rock and Cocktails
I remember that I used to go to this place a few years back when its name was Dark Age and you could hear metal and hard rock music.
A few years ago it changed its name and style, creating a place of rock music with softer decorations.
Cimmeria is one of the most frequented bars in the area of Malasaña. It has two floors, not too big, with a bar in each floor and same music.
I’m personally attracted to this place because of the cocktails, since they know how to prepare a good mojito and, specially, a cocktail made with black vodka, fresh strawberries or watermelon called Dolce Vita. It’s to die for. Then again, I must say that the other day I ordered a Tequila Sunrise (which the call Margarita Sunrise) and I didn’t like at all the way they prepared it. I don’t know if it was another version of the Tequila Sunrise, but I won’t order it again.
