Church of San Vicente
The Church of San Vicente has 2 fronts: One by Abilio Beça Street (opposite Abbot Abascal Museum) and the other by Largo do Principal (where the access door is). The current appearance is the result of modifications/reconstructions in the sixteenth-eighteenth centuries, so it looks distinctly baroque, but its origins are those of a thirteenth century medieval church. Access is via Largo do Principal, through a mannerist roof made of granite, framed by columns and topped by a triangular pediment. Next to it, to the right, is the Chafariz, and on the left a panel of tiles. It's a temple with a single rectangular nave finished in a polibulado apse, choir loft and a side chapel on the side of the Gospel: The Chapel of the Holy Christ of the seventeenth century.
