RAUL HERRERA ZULUAGA
Paraguayan church
The Mother Church of Villeta is in the city centre, facing the Plaza de Armas and in front of the Municipality of Villeta. Built in an old Gothic style, it's warm and inviting, its patroness is Our Lady of the Rosary. The Eucharist and mass is celebrated in both Spanish and Guarani. Since Guarani is so difficult, you can also listen on a video. The Priests are of the Congregation of the Sacred Stigmata (Stigmatines), who are also known in Brazil, Paraguay and Chile. The pastor is currently Father Juan Diaz from Chile. This same congregation manages the Social and Cultural Centre of Father Gaspar, on the outskirts of Villeta.
