Choky, Jari

It's about 10 km to get from Jari to Choky. It's on the way to Malana, the town known around the Parvati Valley. I decided to walk and spend the night in the towns only hostel in order to take on the remaining 18 to reach Malana. You can see in the photos that it's another lovely, high mountain village with architecture made to withstand very harsh winters. The people are always cheerful and smiling. I didn't take photos of the only hostel in the village, which was where we slept, but I have to say that I was very lucky to find something like it. It was good quality, clean, made of wood and stone, and with a couple of floors with several rooms to choose from.
