Chipotle is the ultimate fast food: everything that is good in fast food, local ingredients from organic farming. All of the meat is from around New York (or the state in question), and comes in true fillets (without gobs of fat or weird things). The lettuce is fresher than in many restaurants in New York and so on. It works like this: you choose what you want, either a burrito, salad or tacos, you choose which meat you want (if you like meat), what kind of beans, and then add whatever you want (guacamole, lettuce, salsa, corn, peppers and onions, rice, cheese and sour cream).
