Asian-style dishes
Not everything is sausage and beer in Germany. The Chilli Club in Hamburg, for example, located in the middle of Speicherstadt in the harbor of Hamburg, offers a very nice modern atmosphere with several Asian-style dishes from sushi to woks (the house specialty). And yes, you can use cutlery...but are you really going to resist the chopsticks??
