A great winery
Fancy a glass of English wine? As surprising as it may seem, England also has its vineyards and wine! Obviously they don't have the best weather, but they can still produce wine, with sparkling, white, rose and even Pinot Black! Chapel Down is a great winery, and the tasting was quite a surprise. Although I still prefer red, don't try to compare English wine with French. The English don't want to make pale copies of the French wine, they want to try to create new flavors. Consume with moderation of course!
