Le Corbusier in Chandigarh

Chandigarh breaks the scheme and chaotic labyrinth found in any given Indian city. Visit this great work of urban art is surprising. Semaphores are respected here, no one throws garbage at them on the streets, and there's less traffic congestion and less honking.
