A faithful reconstruction
The Central Pacific Railroad Freight Station (Sacramento) is a faithful reconstruction of the western terminus of the transcontinental railroad in the United States. Inside are vintage railway locomotives, vehicles and other equipment. Passenger trains were frequented railways in the United States. In the 20's there were no highways or jets, so traveling long distance was done by train.
