Cefalú Beach

Besides being one of the most charming towns of Sicily, Cefalu also has the privilege of owning one of the best and most beautiful beaches on the island. It is huge and has a crescent shape. The beach sand is of the finest to be found in Sicily and it is always clean. At one end there are some of the most beautiful buildings of the city, which gives the most beautiful beach if possible. The bad thing about this place is that in summer it is packed to the brim and if you want a space you must get there early and put the towel in some of the gaps that are free. Some parts of the beach of Cefalu are not free to visit, but the area that is closer to the old town is free.

We were on our way to Palermo and stopped in Cefalu for a moment. Through the quaint streets of the city, we were surprised by sunset over the beach. The sun illuminated the buildings overlooking the sea. Unforgettable.
