Museo Cuevas del Sacromonte

In the Sacromonte neighbourhood of Granada you will find a museum in which they recreate the caves of Granada, where the gypsies used to live. The caves are authentic and have been restored. It is a very nice place to go walking from the centre of Granada since it does not take more than twenty minutes. Whats more, you can see the Alhambra all the way.

With the guided tour passageways and dungeons next to the Alhambra you will be able to get to know this place to its core, as they pick you up at a meeting point and from the start they explain in a fun and pleasant way all the sites you see around you. The Sacromonte Abbey and the Museum of the Casas-Cuevas (cave houses) is one of the highlights of the visit.
