La visita se realiza en la cava principal, donde Rubén, nos ha explicado la historia de la creación de este oro líquido, así como la de la familia Castelo. Es increíble la calidad de este producto sin ser una cava conocida. Hemos terminado la visita en el viñedo propiedad de la familia donde nos han ofrecido una cata-degustación de algunos de sus mejores productos, incluidos vinos. Merece la pena salir de vez en cuando de las grandes bodegas y acercarse a las de tradción familiar
