Cavalcade of the Magi of Alcoy

With the arrival of the holidays, many villages in the province of Alicante celebrate various events commemorating the birth of Jesus and the adoration of the Magi. The Three Kings Cavalcade of Alcoy, is of National Tourist Interest, and is spectacular. On this ride the Magi parade with camels and the pages enter children's homes to deliver gifts or climb ladders to the balconies. It is the oldest parade in Spain.
