Catalonia Excelsior hotel

This hotel is close to City Hall and the Central Station, about 50 meters from a bus stop. Street Address Barcelolina 5, Valencia. Built in 1959, and completely renovated in 2000, it has 81 rooms. Upon entering the hotel, you'll find reception on the left, opposite the cafe and two lifts. The rooms all have a full bathroom with a huge tub, toilet, sink and dryer. Other amenities include phone, minibar, closet space, air conditioning and heating. I went in September and the heat was unbearable. We had to ask how to use the air conditioning, but after that it worked like a charm. I did not want to leave the room to go into the humidity of the street!
