The capital of Cassoulet

Excellent

Castelnaudary is a town with a population of jst over 11,000 inhabitants. There are a lot of cars, due to the industrial growth of the town, and many of the older homes are not well preserved, unlike the other towns that I visited. Maybe that's why I do not like much the medium cities, as they are neither in the past nor the present. There is a square, Verdun, and a little to the left, a huge church sandwiched between streets and houses. Lots of cars and too much noise. Thank God the bakeries retain their quality, the quality of French pastries is beyond doubt. The village is known in the province
