Castello Aragonese

This historic fortress, in the Italian city of Reggio Calabria, is considered one of the most important historic constructions. Some historians believe that the original structure was a Roman fort, on which most of the construction we see today was built in the Middle Ages. Throughout the centuries, it was partially destroyed and rebuilt, and since 2004, the area has been used as part of the cultural and social life of the city (in the summer theyeven have plays).
