Castelanne

Castelanne is a very famous traditional store where you can find unique and delicious sweets from Nantes. There are: Berlingots Nantais (which are coloured caramels), salted butter cookies, toffee and chocolate liqueur ... Breton salt is present both salty and sweet foods... In fact, one of its characteristic elements of its desserts is the "fleur de sel" caramel, a type of salty toffee, which, although at first is surprising, the mix of sweet and salty is delicious. The most exquisite thing are its pralines, rolled in "fleur de sel"; all you need to do is put them in your mouth and they fall apart.
