Casino
The Casino is a landmark of the city, and it is located in the downtown area which is on Main Street. I do not know if it really works as casino, but from what I saw there is the cafe next to the entrance, via the staircase. It is a two-storey building, which after being used as municipal offices, was refurbished in the early twentieth century by James Romero to house the headquarters of the Society of the Casino de Palencia. The ground floor has a porch with a mural by Rafael Oliva. I recommend going is you happen to be in the area and can spare time.
