Great rice!
The Casa Salvador restaurant is located in the Valencian Albufera and is known for its two twin houses built int the Valencian Barraca style.
They serve all kinds of rice, but the rice with shellfish really takes the cake.
It's usually full, but then again I've only visited it during the week; I imagine, though, that it gets very full on weekends too.
You can dine indoors or also out on the terrace overlooking the Albufera. Obviously, the terrace is the most popular part.
