    Boutique hotel in the highlands

    Guadalupe House (Casa de Guadalupe) is a boutique hotel in the highlands of San Cristobal de las Casas, near the church of the same name. The area is quiet, no noise and is perfect for relaxing. It is a little out of the center but you can walk to the center in a few minutes. In the area are several places to eat - taco shops and family restaurants. The common areas are great, with a patio restaurant. The hotel was recently renovated - the rooms are simple and cozy with traditional aesthetics. It seems like you are staying in someone's home rather than a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helped me to plan my stay in the area.

    In particular Jorge Perez is attentive and charming. On my next visit to San Cristobal I will undoubtedly pass by this hotel.
