This restaurant is located on the street of el-Jebha el-Ouatania, near the Boulevard Pasteur and the Place de France in the heart of the Ville Nouvelle. It is a Spanish-style restaurant serving mainly Spanish expats their national cuisine with wine or beer so they don't have to search around town for Spanish delicacies. It was founded in 1981. It is usually frequented by Spanish, businessmen and some tourists. The prices are very affordable. The lunch menu is less than six euros and mains are about the same.
