Carlo Franchetti Hut

Traditional rifugio at the foot of Corno Piccolo. Reaching the rifugio from any direction involves steep rocky paths with a few short sections of safety cable. The easiest way to arrive is from the Prati di Tivo ski area with the Madonnina funicular.

The rifugio is small and cosy with communal dining. Due to its size, booking is highly recommended. The rifugio is close to the start of the via Danesi Ferrata which goes to the top of Corno Piccolo.
