Carabobo Street
Calle Carabobo is an example of colonial architecture in the center of Maracaibo. The street has been pedestrianized, and contains houses painted in bright colors and used as art galleries, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately tourism is not a priority in Maracaibo, and the street is deteriorating rapidly, the cars do not respect the pedestrian zone and piles of trash are accumulating.
