Cannes

Cannes is a beautiful town on the French Riviera, known for its famous film festival and its long beach. We traveled to Nice by bus, in about an hour and a half. You can also travel there by train, which is faster but much more expensive (the bus from Nice was just 1 € per journey). I recommend spending an entire day there because it has many things to see and visit. Besides the palace which hosts the festival, where everyone takes the typical photo while walking down the stairs, you can visit the old town, the beach with the promenade, and the harbor.
