Great environment, delicious food, a very warm welcome ... in short, a place not to be missed! We go as often as we can. Canadian restaurants aren't very common, and this one is just great. The decor is really original, with a canoe just above the tables, and it even extends to the bathrooms! The highlight of the kitchen is the "Trapper": grilled bison ribs with caramelised maple syrup, slices of smoked pork and barbecue sauce, Canadian potatoes, and chive sauce.
