Main Street is the most central street in Gibraltar and where the most shops per square meter meet, making it one of the well known streets. It's typical to buy tax free alcohol and tobacco when you visit Gibraltar, it's a lot cheaper than in Spain so there's lots of these types of shops. But besides tobacconists and shops selling alcohol, there are numerous jewelers(and renowned Chopard), souvenir shops, perfume shops, sports shops, clothes, electronics (which were far more expensive than in Spain), etc. ... In addition there are food stores, because chocolate is another product's usually bought in Gibraltar.
