Alumbrado Navideño de Cali

Illuminating the Cali River is a surprising and strange place called Cali to which one can not but be left speechless. I remember all the people we spoke to that were enlightened and honestly, I did not know what it was, until a taxi driver (incredibly friendly) took us from the mall CHIPICHAPE to the place. From what I I could surmise, it is held every year during the months of December and January. Preparation is hard work (I do not doubt this in the least) and all join the Cali family to explore it and pose for souvenir photos . The bars in the area are full of rejoicing at the extra work that these days bring.

Even, I know in the last years it is not very beautiful as used to be, but I am confident the light Christmas decoration will be again something to be proud to all our community.
