Take something casual
One of the most recommended cafes in Corbridge is in the center, just opposite St. Andrews church and not far from the river. It's very well decorated, modern and is the ideal place for tea/coffee with crafts and local confectionery (e.g. a scone with butter and jam). Likewise it's a small restaurant, for casual drink without alcohol, it has very good sandwiches and soups and is the most recommended for a serious meal, to the Spanish, but is ideal for aquick snack or just to relax a little, or to even dodge the cold (depending on the day).
