Este local, situado en la famosa calle Brick Lane, en pleno centro de Londres, es una maravilla que tiene conquistados a los locales y a turistas que como yo, llegaron sin buscarlo y se quedaron enamorados. Café 1001 es una mezcla de cafetería de día, mientras que de noche ofrece música. La cafetería cuenta con las mejores y mas variadas ensaladas de la zona (y de gran parte del centro del Londres) y también sirve una exquisita bollería no industrial acompañando al café. Por las noches (todas) abre sus dos salas para que músicos de indie-rock y nu-jazz (entre semana) y Djs (fin de semana) vayan a tocar/pinchar de forma gratuita para sus clientes.También se suele organizar exposiciones de fotografía, pintura, baile, etc.
